"but gota stop doing these point and shoots."
Are you using a compact PnC for these?

Looks great. Great reflection of the sky in the glass. I am going to guess there is not a lot of Haze in the air where you live? Seems the air is absent of any humidity in the shot.

thanks means alot, i know i can rely on someone like yourself for more technical comments & criticism.

Also you are right the humidity index generaly and especially during autumn is exceptionaly low.

im using the D80 for all my shots, im a bit of a clarity whore/nazi so im scared to use anything else
now im so familiar with the d80, but i really like the depth and higher dynamic range or real exposures
im just always in a rush.

Not a technical critique really because I'm just learning this stuff, but I have to compliment the reflections of the sky on the building. I tried going for the same thing on [link] but didn't quite get it. (obviously...lol)

youl get it man, in that photo you needed more over exposures & some post work and you would have got it.

also the building i shot was highly reflective glass the whole way so i was advantaged. =)

lol...thanks. I'm probably going to try that and just use the regular exposure shot of the building, and use lightroom to get my other exposures.

if you can use real exposures youl be happier with the end result bro, just try to overexpose it a little more this time =)

if u use lightroom use a metered or slightly underexposed shot is usualy best (the one which still retains the most detail)
